My current ambition and direction is to continue to bring my team of experts into corporate structures and develop Employee Wellness Programs (EWPs) designed for everyone, from the co-op student to the company CEO. Having done this already with numerous companies, I have been responsible for program implementation, management, tracking and reporting. Services rendered included, but are not limited to, small group functional movement (i.e. stress relief) classes, large group outdoor fitness bootcamps, educational seminars and informative monthly wellness newsletters.

Phil has been training our professional employees at SGL for over 7 years. The classes are challenging and Phil always finds a way to make them fun. The first boot camp program at CENX was a huge success. We rented space at a nearby park where Phil met us twice a week over the course of a month (we loved it so much we extended for six more weeks). Phil has a unique ability to engage and motivate every individual, tailoring his style to all physical capabilities. His energy is contagious and he strives to push personal boundaries to new heights. Although the workouts were tough, Phil made them fun and ensured that he was teaching as well as training us. In addition to being very knowledgeable in his field, Phil quickly understood our goals and has continually provided advice and varied programs. He uses a holistic approach, incorporating flexibility, strength, posture, balance and endurance along with giving us the tools to do it on our own. Phil was encouraging without being “soft” and he constantly motivates us to move through the difficult movements.
