My Corporate Wellness Programs
Every year (since 2013) I have the privilege to speak with over 100 Air Cadets ages 8-12 about health, wellness and life in general. I touch on many subjects from the importance of exercise, proper nutrition and respect to the negative effects of laziness, junk food and having a sense of entitlement. I offer strategies, tips and advice on how to improve their current and future lifestyle habits. My goal is to motivate and mentor these kids and instill a bit of knowledge and confidence to keep them on the right path and hopefully help them make intelligent choices moving forward.
